We deliver to the Adelaide CBD and most of the Western suburbs for free, and a small delivery fee of $10 to suburbs outside of that. Please check if we deliver to your suburb here. If not, don't despair, we are looking at increasing our delivery range soon. So drop us an email or give us a call on 0478 050 678 and tell us where you'd like us to deliver to next!
We can’t guarantee any specific times for deliveries, particularly on busy days like Valentine’s or Mother’s Day. However, if you do have any shorter time windows, please give us a call on 0478 050 678 and we can make a note and do our best to accommodate.
If we can find a safe, shady spot (and the weather is under 25 degrees) we’ll leave the flowers there and pop a note through the door so the recipient knows where to find them. If you think no one may be home we recommend adding a vase to your order, so the flowers will be well hydrated while they wait.
If we’re unable to find a safe place, we will contact the recipient to try to arrange a redelivery. We will do one redelivery attempt at a time they’ve confirmed to be at the delivery address. After that they can either come and collect them, or we can redeliver for another delivery fee.
To keep your flowers fresher for longer, once you receive them give the stems a small trim, on an angle, and get them into fresh water as quickly as possible.
We recommend trimming the stems and changing the water in the vase every two days. Keep them somewhere cool, away from direct sunlight and any fruit. Some flowers will naturally last longer than others, so remove those that are starting to fade to keep the others healthier for longer.
As we are working with a natural product, individual flowers may differ due to season and availability. In the case of the bigger bouquets we will make sure to use the colour palette and style of the bouquet you’ve chosen.
In the case of the Market Bunches, the photos give you an idea of the sizes and the style. The colours and flowers will change every day based on what’s fresh, seasonal and looking best at the market.
